This website is operated by SKY SUPPLYCHAIN MANAGEMENT CO LIMITED under the TINHAO brand. Throughout the site, the terms “TINHAO,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to the store operator.

By visiting our site, purchasing a product or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced in them. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

Online Store Terms

You must be old enough to enter into a binding agreement in your place of residence, or use the services with the permission and supervision required by applicable law.

You may not use the services or products for unlawful or unauthorized purposes or introduce malicious code or activity that could damage the store or other users.

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present product titles, descriptions, images, dimensions, colors, prices and availability accurately. Displays and lighting can affect how colors appear, and minor production variations may occur.

Product information may be updated when specifications, packaging, inventory or available variants change. If a material error affects an order, we may contact you with appropriate options.

Fit and Measurement Guidance

Customers are responsible for measuring the total outside width and height of the prescription or reading glasses they already wear and comparing those measurements with the product information before ordering.

For Fit-Over products, listed measurements describe the maximum prescription-frame dimensions used for comparison. Actual fit can also be affected by frame thickness, hinges, shape and construction.

For Clip-On products, listed measurements are recommended matching-glasses dimensions intended to help compare lens coverage. Clip-On results can also be affected by lens shape, edge coverage, bridge design and clip position.

Find Your Fit and other size guidance are comparison tools and do not guarantee fit, comfort, appearance or complete coverage for every pair of glasses.

Lens Information and Intended Use

Lens descriptions explain product features and intended-use guidance based on the applicable product information. Actual visual experience can vary according to light conditions, environment and individual perception.

Photochromic performance depends on ultraviolet exposure, temperature and other conditions. Darkening may be limited behind UV-blocking glass, including many vehicle windshields.

Yellow-tint lenses do not create additional light or provide electronic night vision. Customers remain responsible for safe driving, compliance with applicable laws and deciding whether conditions are suitable for driving.

Nothing on the site constitutes medical, optometric or professional healthcare advice. Consult an appropriate professional if you have questions about your vision, eye health or suitability for a particular lens.

Orders and Acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, payment problems, inventory errors, pricing errors, address issues, quantity limits or legal restrictions.

If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

Prices and Payment

Prices and promotions may change without notice. The price shown at checkout when an order is placed applies to that order, subject to correction of an obvious error.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing, contact and order information.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are fulfilled according to our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, address problems and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

TINHAO uses U.S.-based third-party fulfillment partners. Exterior packaging, tracking or shipping labels may reference a fulfillment partner.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, return shipping, damaged or incorrect items, refunds and related eligibility are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Reviews and User Content

If you submit a review, photograph, comment or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate to your experience. Content must not be unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing or contain another person’s private information.

You grant TINHAO a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display and use submitted content in connection with operating and promoting the store, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

We may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms, but we are not required to publish every submission.

Third-Party Services and Links

The store relies on third-party services for ecommerce hosting, payments, fulfillment, shipping, reviews, analytics, customer support and other functions. Third-party websites and services may be governed by their own terms and policies.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the services where reasonably necessary because of a violation of these Terms, unlawful activity, fraud, security risk or harm to the store or another person.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the policies posted on the store, constitute the agreement governing use of the services. A failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to SKY SUPPLYCHAIN MANAGEMENT CO LIMITED in Hong Kong, without excluding mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply to customers in their place of residence.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the store. Changes apply from the date posted, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
